DIY Print and Build (FREE)

This option is completely free and completely DIY. Head to the DIY Instructions Page. Download the .STL files and print the enclosure yourself. Follow the provided instructions and purchase the parts from a provided list or source them from your own provider.

The Orbit Panel Does require a custom made USB Cable adapter.

Find the necessary parts list on the DIY Instructions Page to purchase your own electronics. Then enjoy the process of assembling it yourself. This includes disassembling a Stream Deck, connecting a Raspberry Pi to additional circuit boards, flashing a micro SD card with Companion Satellite, and putting them all together in the enclosure. Fully Assembled Space Saver:

The Space Saver option for the Orbit Panel XL is designed to enhance versatility and ease of installation, especially in confined spaces. When installed in a 3 or 4 gang box, the USB cable has plenty of room to be plugged in sideways, However when needing to fit in a 2 gang box, the USB connection extends out the back of the Orbit Panel XL. It will still fit perfectly in deeper wall boxes or when installed in a mudring within an open wall. However, for installations in shallow wall boxes or where space is limited, the Space Saver option provides a practical solution. It includes a right-angle USB adapter, reducing the required depth by 1 inch, allowing for a more compact and tidy installation.
